Steps:- 1  First of all Open The VLc Player. if you don’t have VLC Player Click on the Link below And Download it.

Steps:- 2     You can See a New Windows Picture in the below.

Steps:- 3     Then Click in the View Option and Select Advance Controls.      

Steps:- 4    Then You can See a new Option in the VLC Player Picture In the below. 

Steps:- 5    Now You are Ready to Record Or Cut Videos in VLC Player.


Steps:- 6     if You Want to Take Snapshot in videos then click on the snapshot Option Picture in the below.
